The product that started it all! The M102 Protective Knee Guard features a polycarbonate Single Pin Hinge for simplicity and freedom of movement. The Guard acts as a hinged splint to deflect forces away from the knee without restricting normal movement or speed. 3/16" thick, 100% latex-free Neoprene(CR) attachment cuffs and Velcro closures hold the Guard in place with minimal migration. Also available as tape-on brace (M121). Lower profile.

Available in regular and tall lengths.

It features an offset, single pin hinge that dissipates forces--the same quality as our M102 adult brace in a youth size. The brace comes with neoprene wrap-around attachment cuffs and Velcro closures for adjustability. Caution: Do not apply neoprene supports over open wounds or wear if you have a susceptibility to dermatitis.

M121-Tape-on Knee Guard

The M121 Tape-On Single Pin Knee Hinge is a protective lateral knee hinge. Taping eliminates migration and provides the best attachment. Features impact resistant polycarbonate construction with an offset at the joint line. Helps deflect the force of a direct blow to the knee. Helps reduce knee injury. Single pin hinge for simplicity and durability.  Does not significantly affect speed or agility.

The design also features an increased offset at the joint line.  Does not significantly reduce speed or mobility.

The 155 L.A.S. is an optional accessory system that securely snaps into place at the top and bottom of both the M-102 and M-202 series McDavid Knee Guards. Non-stretch tension-adjustable straps cross at the medial joint line through a pressure pad to augment the MCL and increase knee stability significantly when properly worn. Fits either knee. Black Color only.
